Ralph Moore - Owner / Chauffeur

Born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Ralph has lived most of his life in the Indianapolis area.

Ralph, an Eagle Scout and USAF Air Force veteran, has driven extensively throughout the Midwest over at least 50 years.

Ralph decided it was time to start a car service in mid-2021 and Midwest Black Car Service LLC was born.
