Ralph Moore - Owner / Chauffeur

Born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Ralph Moore has lived most of his life in the Indianapolis area.

Ralph, an Eagle Scout and a Vietnam-era US Air Force veteran, has driven extensively throughout the Midwest for at least 50 years.

In mid-2021, Ralph decided to start a car service, and Midwest Black Car Service LLC was born.

Over those many years, Ralph witnessed people driving erratically and endangering other drivers, and he has acquired a wealth of knowledge about safer driving.

In addition to providing safe, reliable rides throughout the midwestern states, Midwest Black Car Service (MWBCS) aims to offer tips for safer driving to anyone who is interested.
